Valarie Adams the New Zealand four-time World Champion, has won silver medal at the 2016 Rio Games. Michelle Carter from USA won the final with a shocking 20.63m throw which was strong for Valarie Adams.
It's great to read your post about the Olympics! I watched Valerie Adams win her silver medal the other day and I was so happy for her. It's such a huge accomplishment, isn't it?
